Etchra is a product of Elefox Studio LLC. When this policy says “we,” it means Elefox Studio LLC.

What we collect

From artists: your name, email, studio details, and the settings you enter. From clients who send a request: the details they type into the form, including contact information, date of birth, reference images, and any health notes they choose to share so the artist can work safely.

What we do with it

We use it to run the booking: show requests to the artist, send the emails both sides expect (new request, quote, times, confirmation, reminders), and keep the appointment record. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to market other things to clients.

Who else sees it

The artist or studio a client booked with. The services that run Etchra: hosting and database (Railway), email delivery (Resend), and, for license payments, Stripe. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as the studio’s account exists. Artists can delete clients and requests themselves. When an account is deleted, its data is removed within thirty days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

Clients can ask the studio they booked with to correct or delete their information, or email us and we will help.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep artists signed in. On etchra.com’s own pages (the home page, pricing, the blog, sign-up, and sign-in) we also use Google Analytics to see which pages help artists and which don’t. It is off until you choose “Okay” on the small notice at the bottom of the page; until then it sets no cookies, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a no and never ask. Your choice is kept for a year, and you can change it any time with “Cookie choices” in the footer. We do not use Google’s advertising features, and IP addresses are shortened before they are stored. On etchra.com itself, if you arrive from a referral link, a tagged post, or another website, we remember that one thing for 30 days so we can credit the artist who sent you and see which posts are working. It holds no ID, it isn’t shared with anyone, and it’s cleared once you sign up. Artists’ booking pages, client links, and embedded forms set no tracking cookies at all.
